How to restore my minecraft if you restart your labtop to factory reset?

My computer had spy ware so I restarted it to its factory settings I sadly did not back it up. It took me 4 months to build my world and when I re download minecraft my world isn't their please help im so mad. I looked at tutorials but nothing worked and I cant find a way to contact minecraft.Help!
