What should I do for my YT channel?

Hey guys, well anyways I'm 13 years old and I started a YT channel I made my own channel art and picture and already made thumbnails in advance, I wanna do a gaming channel but I don't know what game I should do it on I play minecraft, league of legends, cross fire, COD 4, also have spore but I havnt started playing which one should I do? I also think I my voice is a bit high and I sound rlly stupid should I try anyways? Suggestions? Tips?
