Does anyone know if there are any good games that are free roam and single player?

games kind of like Arma 2/3 wasteland but single player (my connection is really bad), please don't say Minecraft, H1Z1 (the new Sony game) or 7 days to die. Although I'm looking for a game with aspects of them together.

It has to be on PC

I know this is confusing but hopefully someone will know a game
