Graphics Card…Radeon X300/X500/X1050?

ok so the graphics card above is mine and i wanted to play a few games with it.
ATTENTION: i am not trying to become a "PC" gamer i just wanted to play a few games that are only on pc, or i just wanna play with friends. I have xbox and love nintendo so lets get that clear i know i can run minecraft because i get about 60-80 fps without optifine and alot more with… AND yes it plays like that when im NOT in the pause MENU.
The games i wanna play are… Cube World, Terraria, Pokemon 3d, pokemmo,Scribblenauts, and garrys mod. Theres a bunch of other but i know i can run them because they're either pixelated or 2d(flat) so yeah what do you think? And also a few indie games. Any HARDCORE game i play on my xbox. Im also thinking of playing League of Legends.
