Simplest Capture Card You Can Buy?

So I've been wanting to record my Minecraft and EZ Muze creations and maybe some other stuff on Xbox 360 for a while. Originally I figured an USB Easycap would suffice but I'm not even sure that they would be able to hook up to my tv or xbox because they all come with female cords. Plus I hear the quality is substandard. I would like at least 480p quality. Because I don't particularly care if it's HD and I'm not going to be using it for anything majorly important (just to upload footage of some of my stuff to Youtube for myself and friends), what would be the best option for me? Basically something for about $50 that's easy to set up and use would be perfect for me.
