Is radeon hd 8470 (ADMI A6-6400K, 4.1GHZ) good for most games?

Will it be good for games like minecraft, second life, sims 4, sims 3, forsaken world, perfect world. Maybe some action games like cod or battlefield if not i have got my ps3 to play them 2 on.
Also will i be able to use softwares like manga studio and corel painter too (for my digital art).
If not whats the best radeon graphics card i can always upgrade my graphics card.
