Endlessly corrupt minecraft runtime?

I recently re-downloaded minecraft after wiping my computer due to a virus. The first time I did this it re-installed fine, but now every time I try to install it, it tells me that the Runtime is corrupt and that I should re-install it.

I ve repaired it several times and tried to re-install i several times. What do I do? None of this is working.
