Is there a good, cheap server (under $200) to run a minecraft server on? 2+ GB of ram possibly?

I need a nice and cheap server, under $200, for me to run a minecraft server on. And it needs to either come with at least 2 GB of ram, or be compatible with ram that I could purchase from a store cheaply. Also, it needs to have at least 2 GB of storage, not including what the software (linux) would take up. Any ideas?
