What laptop should I get for my kid?

He wants to make movies for us so webcam, Windows 8 and up (He likes it 'cause sometimes his cousin lets him use his laptop), 4GB of RAM, 100GB of hard drive space, and can run Minecraft. As he is a 5th grader he needs a lightweight, small laptop. Budget is 600 dollars and I looked into another laptop that someone recommended but is too heavy, any ideas.
