Can someone give me a good list of specs for a gaming pc i should build?

my budget is around $400 or a bit more on a gaming pc i want to build. I wanted to use the potato masher but couldn't get a cheap list, because it was more than 150 bucks than it actually is could've been (350). So i want someone to help me like by giving me a good list. Games i want to play - Minecraft (tons of mods including shaders) GTA V COD ETC. I found this one build but not sure if its good enough for good fps pcpartpicker.com/p/GjGpWZ
