Help I dont know how to stop the music on minecraft?

so I was playing minecraft like anyone would when your parents arent home, so you can blast the pretty music, then the phone goes off so I rush up, the laptop is about to fall, I grab it bashing all the keys and now minecraft is playing some loud fast playing song continuously and wont stop. How do I stop it also I m really high in the sky so I dont have a jukebox playing either
