Why is my mouse is moving slowly without me moving it in Minecraft?

My mouse is moving on it own with me moving it at all, It's no doing it anywhere but in Minecraft. I start Minecraft and it's slowly moving, I've tried unplugging it and redownloading Minecraft but nothing please help.
