Does anyone remember the name of this game?!

This game is a 3D game the theme is like Minecraft but you dont build things, its more like you find the items and then continue your adventure. There are villages and stuff like that. But the character you are able to create is based of either a frog or another animal. The character you choose has special abilites and what not. 1 year ago i played it then stopped. Now i want to play it again, but i sadly forgot the name of the game! Please help me remember the name of the game!
