How to make a mod in Minecraft that adds keybinds?

I wanna know how to make a mod that adds keybinds in Minecraft, but when I search for some tutorials, macro keybindings comes up! I want to make my own mod that adds certain keybinds that do things, like in hacked clients. But I don't want client, I want mod. Thanks
