What is this minecraft server called?

Okay so I play minecraft for pc, and I like to play on online servers. One time a very long while ago, I played on a type of server where you and a certain amount of people spawned in a random location with nothing or maybe a kit supply. Then you had a certain amount of time where you couldn't hurt eachother (usually like 3 mins) to gather supplies and make weapons or something. Then you fought it out and last one standing one. And no im not talking about hunger games. This is some sort of survival pvp. Does anyone know what this game mode is called or does anyone know of a server that has this type of game? Please give me an ip or just answer what it is called so I can find one
