Antec computer crashes and shuts down, help?

I own an Antec computer, that supports 2 dell monitors. For the last 2 years since I have moved to PA from IL, my computer has been crashing. I can t play minecraft, or even be online, web browsing. We have had this computer since 2006 ish? I m not sure if i should wipe it or just by a new one? Thank you. :)
