Can you run League Of Legends?

I recently brought a tablet with Windows 8.1 and i wonder if i can run LoL at 60Hz in very low settings.

Atom 1.33GHz Normal mode 4-cores
Bay Trail Intel HD Graphics
2GB DDR3 RAM
32GB Storage
