Every time I right my Minecraft it stops responding?!

Hi! So im a Minecraft nerd yadayadaya
So I played today and fullscreened. As I started punching, my minecraft would randomly close itself, by that I mean it would minimize into my taskbar. It's hard to re-open and when I play Minecraft on a smaller tab, I can see it say "Minecraft not responding". This started today please help me. EASY 10 POINTS!
