Minecraft Optifine 1.8.7 Problem?

When i Try to install it through the.jar it tells me that theirs gonna be a new profile and that there would be a version that i click, but when i go to find it it not there the profile not there nor the version.

i run optifine thought java it tells me that it installed successfully but again it not there.

I am using Minecraft launcher 1.6.19 and im playing 1.8.7

also another thing when i tried installing forge it ask for a directory i can see the files in there just not thought the File Explorer i am using Windows 10 i would perfer a zip/war file if someone can get me a link too one Thank you.

And yes i have turned off hidden files so i could try too see them
