Minecraft Player Built structures in new worlds that no one has played in?

In my worlds I get really lucky with the way stuff generates. But the catch is, I get a lot of player made structures in worlds no other person has been in and places I have never been too. Like perfect cobble stone stair out of a cave that I have never been into, or a random dug out places that is perfectly symmetrical, just stuff like that. I play on ps3 newest update, does anyone know if this is generated or is something like Herobrine "haunting" my world. I dont believe in herobrine but I am open to answers like it. Does anyone know of or has any experience in this? If so please help.
