My minecraft frames drop to 1 & 2 frames when I try to record. Can someone help?

So I've been recording for a couple months and I've never had a problem. I just updated to Windows 10. When I have Minecraft up by itself the frames are fine. If I have something else up like obs my recorder it's fine but when I actually press to record my frames drop to 1 and 2 frames. I play and record on a laptop and I've never had a problem until Windows 10 and I really like windows 10. Can someone help me?
