So anybody know a videogame that this description would fit?

I would like to find a game that is has unlimited playability, is preferably open world, competitive, online, requires me to think (as in trying to outsmart my opponent), moddable?, and has a good mix of skill and strategy. Please don t somehow think of minecraft.
