What happened to my google chrome?

about 2 days ago I got on my computer and my chrome (no matter what webpage) says "he's dead Jim". And also when I try to uninstall chrome it says it cant unless all of chromes windows are closed even if none are open. Also I haven't downloaded anything that could give me viruses unless Norton security and Minecraft are high security risks. Please help.
