Does my ipod touch have a virus?

Because i was on a minecraft website and a pop up came up saying my ipod may have a virus and it said acan to check if you have a virus so i scannes and it said i have 8 viruse idk if this is true but i once read that websites cant tell you if you have a virus but idk when i was scanning it the page said ios security and it said to click here to download app to secure the virus i didnt click it but i dont wanna birus on my ipod please help
