Feeling guilty about buying a ps3. I already own a xbox 360 that my son and i play on?

I was planning on selling the xbox and just keeping them ps3 but i dont know if i can do it. My son plays games on my xbox and he build a lot of stuff on minecraft so i feel bad if i were to up and sell it. Please tell me what to do im confused.
