Minecraft multiplayer error? Java.IOException? Can't even play properly?

Whenever I try to connect to some server, like pika network, or cwoare, or any other, it either kicks me just as I login, maybe after a few minutes, or maybe even before I get into the server. I have looked EVERYWHERE but still can't find anything. Many people have this problem, but can't find someone in the server who has it. If someone fixes this for me, I'll be forever in your dept.

It doesn't matter if I use mods, or vanilla, or any version, it just always happens, the question is only when.
I'm not a 10 year old kid, I'm 16, so if the process of fixing the issue is a bit tedious, its still not a problem, as i'm pretty good with computers. Just help me with this, please.
