My shoulder hurts when i type or its cold… Help?!

Okay, when i time a sower and my hair is wet, it gets on my back and my back gets cold. So my left shoulder hurts really bad. Or when i type or play Minecraft it starts to hurt. Ive gone to the doctor for it, and he had me take pills for it and it was fine for a few weeks, but it started to hurt again.
what is it?
Can i get it to stop?
