Okay so i need a computer that can do this! HALP?

Alright so pretty much my mac is too old and can't run anything now and i need a pc that can run minecraft h1z1 and live stream and record with about 150 fps and below. My budget is 450$ i was thinking about a alienware alpha I3 But a friend told me it was **** so any thing thats 450 and below that can run minecraft and h1z1 and csgo with atleast good framerate about 130fps while recording! Please give suggestions and builds under 450$ v
