Where to downlaod Minecraft PC (latest version) for free?

A lot people have been saying to just downlaod it from the main website and that is free, but it is not! It's for 26 dollars! I don't even use dollars I use Dirhams which means that if you convert it, it would cost 102 dirhams! I don't have a credit card and I'm not thinking of buying one since I'm only 14.

I know there is a website out there where you can downlaod even the latest version of the game. Does anyone know any website to download the latest version of the game? Can anyone please give me the link to? Is it also safe?
