Should I buy a Windows laptop or a MacBook?

I currently have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and I use it for the internet, MineCraft, and video editing. I am going to be buying a new laptop soon and was wondering which I should get? I'd be getting a (trustworthy) refurbished MacBook and the Windows would have to be under $400/refurbished. Since I'm used to Windows should I stick with that or should I try an Apple computer? I know Apple has better video editing programs (iMovie) and could work better with other games, but would I get used to it okay? Like is MineCraft the same? (I have an iPhone and iPod so ik how to use Apple but I've never had an Apple computer.)
