Is hyper-threading quad core or octa core no hyper-threading better for extreme multitasking?

Here are my two processors:
Intel Core i7 4790K (Quad Core Hyperthreading)
AMD FX 9590 (Octa Core no Hyperthreading)

Take this scenario. Let s say you want to play a game at high settings, 1080p, like battlefield 4. Then, add OBS to stream the video on Youtube, with a webcam. Here s where the pain comes in. Add two minecraft modded servers running, and a video rendering in Windows Live Movie Maker. In addition, add blender render, rendering out a scene. What would you say? Intel Core i7 4790K or AMD FX 9590? Which is the better multitasker?
