My minecraft is acting up?

OK, so a few months ago i was about to play minecraft, but then it didn't work, so i thought, OH its probably just the update thing for the realms, or whatever. And so i used my mods version, and went on with my day. Eventually my minecraft got glitchy and stuff from all the mods, so i decided to go to 1.8.8, wasn't working… Again… So i decided to just use a snapshot, now im using a snapshot, MY MINECRAFT IS GOING BANANAS! I made a new world, as always… And i got on and started building. And i noticed all the trees and caves were moving… Most of the blocks around me became see through for about half of a secong, then it goes to doing it somewhere else. I can see all of the caves, and it's like i have a xray mod… And all the caves like burst out of the ground and kinda spin slowly in the air, while blocks glitch around me. Because i'm used to technology acting like crap, i just ignored it. Well it annoyed… So MUCH. Also no animals are spawning in my world… WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH MY MINECRAFT?
