Which of these will be better for gaming (Game titles included below)?

Okay, so I am stuck between two Gaming PCs at the moment, one is cheaper and has a few more features I like while the other is more expensive, however it has a better graphics cards.

I would be playing Minecraft, Runescape, Borderlands 2, Skyrim, Garry's mod, etc. I am mainly playing Minecraft, so I wont be crushed in choosing the cheaper pc.

Which should I choose for gaming?
I plan on streaming and making videos someday, I don't want like Overkill quality. The first is more in my price range but has a less reliable graphics card. However I can always upgrade! What are you guys opinions?
