How to create a minecraft server using Technicolor TC7110.d?

My friend wants to play with me but i've researched that i can create a server by port forwarding. I am not familiar with port forwarding. I also watched some youtube videos on how to create servers. I don't want to use paid servers because me and my friend is the only one who will play on my world. Can anyone help me out step by step:)?
