Looking For Experienced Coder To Teach Me How To Code A Specific Plugin?

So I've been trying to learn how to code a plugin for MineCraft. I play on a server and want to help learn how to code the plugin to help out the server since we have a max of two coders. The plugin is a magic spells plugin, allowing the coder to code anything they can in the game. I'll leave the plugin and a simple guide to the plugin below.
