Minecraft 1.9 farmer villager not…farming?

So, I have this villager breeder and it was working fine. The farmer was harvesting the potatoes and giving them to other villager,so they could… You know. But ow the vilagger suddenly stops farming and they can't make baby villager. I don't know why because it was working perfectly and I didn't change anything
