Minecraft xbox 360 Biomes?

So i started playing minecraft again and i noticed they made an update with new structures. I found the desert temple but for some reason i cant even find a jungle for the forrest temple. Is there something wrong with my xbox? Also i cant find any "deep seas" for the undwerwater ones, ive been doing all this searching on creative so theres no way im missing them, im just missing the biomes. Help?
