Hide bootable partition on SSD?

I know a fair amount about computers and have been building/rebuilding and working on them for about 7 years now. Unfortunately though, there are still some things I ve yet to pick up on, and partitioning is not really an area I venture into often. I ve been thinking about stepping back into the realms of SSDs, but I d like to settle with a small one, 32Gb, primarily for boot up and a few programs/games (Minecraft, Stardew Valley, etc). My question though is, how would I partition it so that the boot up part of it, Approx 18Gb, is hidden from windows and have the other half be my C drive? Basically, I d like to set the bootable half as say drive B, hide it, and have Drive C be what s remaining. I want the Windows folder to be hidden in other words. I ve tried digging around google, but sadly, there s too much sludge and crap to dig through to try and find a legitimate answer.
