How to Port Forward on my dlink DIR-628 router?

I've been trying to get a Minecraft server running by port forwarding on my router, but I cannot get it to work. I need to open port 25565 and I have tried everything, but cannot get it to work. I think there is a problem with my firewall, but I'm not sure. Can anyone walk me through the steps on opening that port?
