What desktop computer should I buy to play sims 3, sims 4, and minecraft?

Any recommendations? The cheaper the better but I want it to run very smoothly with little to no lag!

(Ps I have no experience buying desktop computers, I've only ever owned a laptop… Which is why I need help haha)
