Is it possible to become autistic when you weren't born autistic?

I used to be very charismatic and had lots of friends but then I started playing minecraft and a couple of years later I think it's possible I became autistic from hanging around so many other autistic my brain absorbed their cancerous autism and it spreaded to me.

Is this possible?
