Can somebody give me all the steps to make a public minecraft server?

i really want to make a public minecraft bukkit server. What are the stepps? I know i need to set up port forwarding and all that and that it costs and needs donations ect. Can somebody give me a rundown on how to do it? And do i need to learn coding? P.s i want to make it a cracked server how do i make it cracked?
