Cheap Windows 8 pc tablet?

Im looking for a Cheap windows 8 Pc tablet, Hopefully one that i can replace my laptop with [So it will need to be able to have a attachable keyboard And a usb or two] And it needs to have a wacom pen and built in digitizer.[and bigger the 8"]

Also if there is one where i can get my minecraft, Sims, And photoshop would be great.
I think the highest i can go would be £ 500
