I have a Toshiba Satellite C660. Recently downloads have been stopping at 99% e.g 32.4 gb 33.4 gb.(chrome) and 20% on IE
Additional info. Got latest Java, Troubles outside of browser (e.g trouble updating games (league of legends) and playing on a particular minecraft server.) Videos will cut out part way through. And rarely images will fail to load
