I want a new addictive pc game?

I 've gotten really bored with the games I have at the moment.

I want something new ( i dont mind paying up to 30$). Something that keeps me up till 3 in the morning learning new stuff about the game, something that wont let me sleep.

Minecraft was like that for me at first I played till 5 learning new stuff, endless possibilities and game modes, and its simplicity is so beautiful.

I want something that gives me the same feeling like playing Minecraft for the first time did.

Any suggestions?
