Need really good builder for 24/7 minecraft server game maps?

I have a minecraft server called MC The Games, it has a domain and is 24/7. It has many game types on it that use maps. I need a really good builder to help me make maps, who has good ideas, and is very skilled in that area. I will tell you now you cannot grief my server as i have a rollback plugin, and i can see if it was you. I will not op you, as i don't op anyone, i will just put you in to a builders group which give you access to things like building and world edit. I would like to get to know a bit first before i let you have access to further stuff on my server.
