i have an i5 laptop with radeon graphics, since i got it it was able to play minecraft at 100 fps and maximum then i can barely get 30 fps on the lowest settings i think my graphics card is not working any help please

P.S its suppose to run Grand Theft Auto IV at a decent Fps but i cant run it. :(
