Okay so I am going to be a building a gaming PC soon and I am wondering if this is a good build to be able to record games in HD such as minecraft and battlefield.

If you have had light up fans in your PC can you tell me if it was a good idea or was it too much of a distraction. Also is there a way to get windows 8 cheaper. Thanks in a advance.
