I have a small library in Minecraft and I cannot get it to yield high lvl enchantments. I know its set up right because I have one set up just like it about 40 blocks away. Are they too close to eachother? Is it because I have carpet on the floor? Ive made tons of good libraries that work perfectly. My gamer tag is PublishedSorrow if you want to drop in and take a look.
