I just want to clean my windows 8 laptop?

I want to remove a bunch of crap I never use anymore and stuff I do not need, I feel unorganized and jumbled. Is there anyway I can completely reset my computer to get rid of the stuff. However, I want to keep all of my games i.e. Sims, Minecraft, Dayz. Is there anyway to do it? Is there an app that helps me clean my computer not just malicious things? Please help!
